Greg Sanders

Greg has been practicing real estate and business law since 1987. He has worked as in-house counsel for some of Canada’s largest retail and real estate development companies and has acted as counsel to individual and entrepreneurial clients of all sizes. His practice includes commercial real estate, development, financings, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, commercial leases, and residential real estate. Greg is especially satisfied by helping clients to achieve their goals by providing creative, strategic and practical advice in a cost-efficient manner. We happen to think that his inherent financial common sense was honed by his many trips, backpacking around the world (on a budget to match). Whether it be diving with sharks or navigating life with two teenagers, Greg does not shy away from a challenge. Ultimately, for Greg, it’s his relationship with his clients that matter the most. Since his call to the Bar more than a few moons ago, Greg has been privileged to provide ongoing advice to a client that started as a new enterprise, which is now a nationally and internationally recognized leader in its industry. From start to finish, Greg’s clients have his ear, his loyalty, and his sage advice. He’s the kind of lawyer our clients (and we) want in our corner.
