Jason Sacha

Jason has a diverse and growing corporate practise focused on providing value for legal services tailored to new and developing companies. Jason’s commitment to his clients is paramount. He appreciates that it is not only legal advice that his clients need, but advice on how the ever-changing legal landscape intersects with their business. His clients know that his advice isn’t provided in a legal vacuum and has practical application to the pressing decisions that they have to make to achieve their business goals. We happen to think that Jason’s creativity and right-brained thinking is what makes him such a great lawyer. A seasoned filmmaker, Jason understands start-up issues and all aspects of his client’s business: from raising capital to doing deals with end-users. Our Firm’s own Aronofsky, and Trademark agent, Jason’s real-life experience serves a wide range of his client’s needs. He has particular interest in using legal technology to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. Ask him about the latest Google smart phone or newest operating system, and take it from us: he knows what he’s talking about. And, hey, if he doesn’t, he’ll find out and share with you what he discovers. He’s just that kind of guy.
