Linda Pieterson

Deals are what she does: complex international transactions and those that simply help clients navigate to where they need to be. At our last count, she has negotiated hundreds of deals, with an equal number of contented clients. Linda’s wide-ranging business expertise includes deals involving all manner of financings, banking transactions, purchases and sales of businesses and all types of commercial ventures – everywhere from Lichtenstein to the local pub. She has expertise across a spectrum of industries including real estate, radio, grocery, sports arenas, manufacturing, litigation funding, medical practices, restaurant service, and real estate development. Although we think of Linda as a pretty hip 50ish year old, we concede that this does not reconcile easily with her devastating contract drafting skills – or her ability to tell you why boilerplate really matters. A detail-oriented deal-maker, Linda’s reputation as a negotiator and sticky problem-solver precede her. She’s also one of a kind: no one else can best be described as a hard-working solicitor who keeps a closing checklist for April Fool’s Day and is the fiercely proud co-creator of three of the best humans on the planet.
