Dana Lue

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

The best part of Dana’s day is solving a problem or, even better, resolving a case. She’s calm and clear in the most stressful of situations. A curious mind, Dana can often be found reading about the latest family law developments – she knows her stuff and will make sure you know it, as well. Her practice includes all aspects of family law, from drafting domestic contracts to litigating custody, access, property, and support issues. Dana’s clients can rest assured that their worries will be heard, that they will understand the process, and that they will always know the next step in their case. While always keeping an open mind, she explores practical solutions for her clients’ families: she knows that there are many cost-effective ways to get them the right results. Our Firm’s resident adventurer, Dana keeps an open mind in her personal life, too – whether it’s trying her hand at a half marathon, taking sign language classes, or climbing Mount Kilimanjaro – she’s always up for a challenge. Born and bred in Whitby, Dana still considers herself a tourist, living in Toronto. We’ve certainly adopted her, and think you should, too.
