Michael J. White
Partner
Michael celebrated his 50th year as a solicitor. A lawyer only achieves this milestone if he offers on-going legal support, strategic insight, and common sense direction. Michael does that, with his usual British aplomb. He has many long-standing relationships with clients, and feels great pride when his clients describe him as “my family’s lawyer.” To Michael, it means that he has established a deep understanding of his client’s business, financial, and personal aspirations and has also formed an enduring bond of trust. What more can you want in a lawyer? Well, Michael handles everything from clients’ business issues to succession and estate planning, estate administration, charitable interests, and family trusts they want to establish. He frequently acts as a sounding board when clients develop a financial or business opportunity, or seek to avoid unnecessary complications before they arise. Michael helps clients directly and by working alongside their other professional advisors, offering assistance with various business-related planning techniques and wealth management, and providing well-considered, dependable advice. Fifty years of practise: Michael has definitely done something right, and keeps on doing it.
