Krupa Shah

Associate

A workplace investigator and litigator, Krupa thrives in complexity — but never lets it get in the way of clarity. Whether she’s building a case or investigating one, she’s skilled at cutting through the noise, calmly and patiently piecing together what matters. Clients often remark on her thoughtful listening and her ability to put people at ease, even in the most difficult circumstances. Krupa knows that every file is, at its core, a story — and she’s committed to telling it with care, precision, and conviction.

A “crochet queen” with a lawyer’s brain, she’s as exacting about stitchwork as she is about legal arguments. Outside the office, Krupa can usually be found in a sunlit spot surrounded by yarn, fabric, and foliage — crocheting, sewing, or tending to her ever-growing collection of houseplants, with two cats who occasionally respect her workspace. She’s driven by a belief that fierceness and compassion aren’t mutually exclusive — they’re what make the work matter. Fortune favours the bold, and Krupa’s is well-reasoned, empathetic, and immaculately structured.
