Sarah Mohiuddin
Associate
Sarah is hardworking, approachable, and thoughtful—qualities that are especially valuable when clients arrive carrying equal parts paperwork and emotional exhaustion. She understands that family law is rarely just about documents and deadlines; it is about people navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives. She listens carefully, responds with empathy and respect, and offers steady guidance when things feel anything but steady.
A compassionate and practical advocate, Sarah has practiced exclusively in family law since being called to the Bar of Ontario in 2024. Sarah first developed her commitment to family law by assisting self-represented litigants at the Queen’s Family Law Clinic and the PBSC’s Family Justice Centre. She also articled at a boutique family law practice in Toronto, where she learned that successful advocacy requires both legal precision and a great deal of patience. Her practice includes all aspects of family law, from complex financial disputes to parenting arrangements that often require diplomacy, creativity, and occasionally deep breathing.
Outside the office, Sarah enjoys discovering local cafés and restaurants, reading romance novels, attending live music concerts whenever possible, and gently annoying her cat, Momo, who remains unimpressed. Momo, we respectfully disagree! Sarah is a most impressive asset to our team.
